Shortmat Bowls Finals

When I say we in these posts am talking about my bowls partner is Mervyn Ramsey who was my bowls partner for about 10 years.

We Got through in Broughshane Playing Fields Pairs Tournament won about 5 Games had go Manchester Utd Game missed finals night when about 10 to 16 Pairs left from over 200 Pairs in Tournament.

We Got through in Buckna Pairs Tournament won about 5 Games.

Got to semi finals last 4 in Finals Night from over 200 Pairs in Tournament.

Won through Duneane Parish Church, Church of Ireland singles tournament won about 4 games got beat First Game in Finals Night about 10 to 16 Pairs left from over 200 Players in Tournament by Neil Booth International Player

We Won Through in West Church Pairs Tournament to final nights won about 5 games got beat 1st game in Finals Night about 10 Pairs left from over 200 Pairs in Tournament.

Won Christmas Turkey Singles at Buckna won about 5 Games from about 32 Club Members.

Won through Clough Singles Tournament to finals night won about 5 games about 10 to 16 Players left from over 200 Players in Tournament.

Broughshane Playing Fields Association B Team (16 Players In Team)

Buckna B Team got to about 2 Nelson cup finals from about 24 Teams.

Buckna B Team got to 1 George Glass Final got beat in Final won Churches Section Played League Section in Final think it was Ballymena Social Club in Final.

BPFA B Team got early Riser Cup final runner up from about 20 our more from all divisions.

Got about 2 to 3 promotions from 2nd division to 1st division from about 8 Teams in Division.

Outdoors Bowling Finals

Broughshane Outdoors Bowling Club Team (16 Players In Team)

later to become 3 Triples League of 9 Players.

Won Club Singles beat Paddy Johnston in Final about 18 Players.

Won through league singles Finals from about 18 players in 1st season beat Ian Kennedy in final there are about 16 Players in finals.

We Got runner up in League Triples Finals beat by Robert Reid again about  3 triples from each club in finals about 6 Teams in league.

We Got runner up in League Triples Finals beat with Paddy Johnston about  3 triples from each club in finals about 6 Teams in league.
